    Hi guys

    I hope someone can help me.

    I put my machine on programme D, colourfast cotton wash. It had been going for about 20 minutes then all the water started gushing out of the soap dispenser and it came up with “test” on the display screen. After cleaning up all the water ( an hour later 🙁 ) I tried all the other programmes but its still coming up with test!!

    Please help me as the washing is still in the machine as we speak 😕

    ok, simple to solve

    press & hold ‘start’ till all the lights come on
    release
    press & hold ‘start’ & ‘on/off’ at the same time, hold in until ‘doff’ is shown (about 5 secs)
    done

    Surely there must be an underlying fault on this machine, why did it flood from the dispenser and default to tESt?
