Desperate help please……
Does anyone have experience with these appliances please?
Ive been out and had a look but am a tad lost!!!!both faults on top drawer
I think may be more than one problem as it seems to cycle through programs on the top drawer but customer also says it doesnt
drain completely……but I didnt experience this second fault….
if I turn power off and on it seems fine for a while……so
think possibly control buttons sticking but they appear fine…
I honestly cant even see how to get into these appliances any help
gratefully accepted.Do the drawers come out?

Hi, they arnt that bad once you know! If you pull out the bottom drawer and look on either side, near the bottom front you will see a round pin, with a tab in it. get a good set of pliers grip the tab and pull the pin out, this will allow you to pull the draw off the runners.
There is an antiflood device, most come problems is leaks from the lids not closing properly, too much foam. the sensor for the antiflodd is on the pcb which is lovcated under a plastic housing in the base.
If it isnt draining check the hoses, you will see them when you take the draws out, some suffered from the hose mounting assembly breaking.

What about the electronics side of things?
where are they located?The top drawer seems to suddenly start flicking
through the different programs…..Also is there a test program?…..
Does the top drawer come out or is it only the bottom?
