    Hi

    We have just taken delivery of a new side by side refigerator and we can’t alter the temperaure. I have searched the manual but i can’t see any lock mentined. Didn’t want to wait for engineer if its something silly we are/are not doing.

    You shld be able to set the temp by pressing either the freezer or fridge temp button repeatedly until the temp you want to set the unit at is shown. The display will flash until the unit reaches the desired temp.

    Thanks but the buttons dont appear to be working. Guess we will have to ring Samsung.
