    Hi,

    My Smartdrive 709 attempts to spin but fails and then starts beeping. It’s returning error code 37 (00100101) which suggests the pump is blocked. Can a blocked pump be causing my machine to stop spinning or is it likely to be a different problem? If so, any suggestions or do I need to sell my soul to an F&P Tech?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    If the water level control doesn’t detect a drop in the water level within three minutes, you’ll get 37. Pump may not be draining due to a blockage, non-function due to failure, broken wiring or problem with the computer; air hose to level switch may be kinked or trapped, or the level switch itself may be defective.

    Be careful if you need to remove the pump – ensure that the machine is unplugged.
