    only getting luke warm heat.i assume this means element is ok and poss something else? any help much appreciated.

    Numerous models in that range.
    You will need to supply full model number from off the door inner sticker 😀

    Hi
    Its quite possibly one of the dual elements has failed, thus giving you half heat even when on full.
    Only way to check is with a multimeter on ohms setting and see if bith elements have resistence.
    Power off first before attempting :plug:
