    hi guys,
    can someone point me in the right direction on this please.
    need to do a quote for insurance purposes so i dont want to under quote if you know what i mean.

    LG GR-L206CPQA
    Sn. 406KRFN00859

    the customer said that the freezer isn’t cold enough and the salad trays in the fridge are freezing.
    it looks as if the defrost circuit isnt working correctly.There is a big build up of ice in the rear of the freezer part behind the lamp cover.
    any common problems?
    prefer to quote on the side of caution,so all possible part needed will be ordered.
    part numbers would help as well.
