Anyone out there experienced with the Whirlpool commercial range, specifically the 3RAWZ tumble dryer. I think I need a Whirlpool engineer but maybe someone is familiar with it.
Problem is it’s totally dead. Checked power, thermal cut-off, hi-limit stat etc but no joy. Any common faults or hidden internal fuses or even phone number to technical department of Whirlpool will do; all I get is ‘sorry Sir, can’t help you there’.
    Thanks.

If it is an AWZ481 take the top off and go to the l/h side looking from the front, there is a fuse in the harness below the metal plate.

3RAWZ481E to be precise. It sounds good to me as it does have a metal plate covering the loom on the l/h/s/. I’ll check that tomorrow but it shows no internal fuse on the wiring diagram so I didn’t look too closely. I know the older models did. Thanks John for getting back, hope you’re right. Can I abstract the urine and ask if you know what current rating it is as its miles away and nowhere to buy fuses locally.

The full number wont go into SIOS, if you are looking for this model miss out the “3R” part.

    Fuse is a 8A 20mm glass fuse.
