    We have a HVA36 FF with drinks dispenser. The dispenser leaks and basically fills the fridge with water.

    Under the warranty they have sent us 2 lots of parts, first time we fitted a new assembly valve and tank. Still leaked, an engineer came and he ordered new parts. They have now come but they cant get an engineer out for a few weeks. The call centre said to try the fit ourselves and report back.

    This time they have also sent us a Knob assy TD, No idea where this goes.

    Can anyone help please?

    oh dear, the dreaded hoover fridge freezer leak

    not summink ive ever managed to cure, regardless of how many parts i fit
