just a thought is the water bottle full or not pushed in properly?
or it could be the relay.

Had same fault on similar model the other week. Changed dryness module and it all sprang back to life!

I have had same fault on Creda condenser dryer it was the micro switch that tells you when the water bottle need emptying, the little arm on the switch gets stuck up if you take the right side panel of, the switch is just behind the motor you can just get to the arm with a long screwdriver and release it.
    Hope this helps

Turned out to be the push switch (start) on this one.
It was on its way out, working with a good hard push but only just.
In stock at my local spares shop, job jobbed!
