    customer has phoned with the machine aborting after a minute and the mini load and on/off switch neons flashing. I don’t know what numerical postion the mini load neon is.

    Please help.

    can you find out which light it is from the top from the customer as again there are 2 different WF560 models, you can only tell from the sticker on the back too, the latest one is the WF560/1 !

    Sorry can’t get that info (customer not answering calls). do you have a list of fault codes for both types of WF560 ❓

    yeah looks like johnny’s got it, looks like mini load is the 4th light down = F01 = motor triac short on the module
