    Machine stops mid cycle when heater is on and just gets hotter and hotter.
    Have replaced termostats in door and floor to no avail. If I disconnect door stat momentarily when in the above condition, the cycle moves on as intended. Any ideas please!

    Door thermostat probably faulty, new or not.

    Please don’t live test, very dangerous.

    I tested the new stat in hot water before fitting and it seemed ok. Is the door stat the only thing that determines when the correct temp is reached, thereby allowing the cycle to continue.
