    De Dietrich Error Code?

    Hi

    I have De Dietrich Washer/Dryer LZ 961 E1 which keeps displaying the error code for a blocked drain hose/blocked suds pump. However I have removed the hoses(from the drain to the back of the machine and the internal) hose flushed them through. Cleared the suds pump of some fluff, put it all back together and started the program again, all fine then the error comes up again, not always in the same program position. If I switch the machine on and off a couple of times it will mysteriously start working again. Sometimes it will even go through a whole program no problem!

    Sometime I can hear what sounds like the pump getting stuck, a low humming sound, but I have observed it working both before and after.

    The pump costs about £51 but I’m loathed to pay out if that’s not the problem

    Help/advice please….
