Hotpoint Hob Ignition Problem

Hi,

Unfortunately my Hob doesn’t have a model number to list here but it is a Hotpoint and 3 – 4 years old. The Gas lighting ignition stopped working last night on all rings. The electricity supply is fine so I am a bit stumped 😕

Any ideas what I need to look at first before calling an engineer?

I am a fully trained Brown Goods engineer but haven’t got the foggiest when it comes to this stuff 😳
