    I am scratching my head with the above model. I have just fitted a new board and eprom. Now the machine will not start a program or reset itself on the stop/reset program. Left on the stop/reset program the locked light randomly flashes instead of pulsing and the door remains locked. Turn off the power the door will unlock, turn the machine back on with door open and the light will begin to pulse correctly. Shut the door and again it locks and the light begins to randomly flash. Set the machine on a program, the light comes on solidly but nothing happens. Return to stop/reset and again random flashing/door remains locked. At no point does any other light flash(ie self diagnosis). I have tried and interlock, tightened all connectors and visual checked the harness. All to no avail!
    HELP!!!

    Check the brushes! Worn motor brushes will give this fault. 😉

    Brushes have plenty left on them and are equal in length!

    Does the new board come with a programmed E-Prom ?
