i got problem with my Schreiber APM6852 Fridge

I have quite new Schreiber Fridge only 6 months old but from yesterday it giving problem. When we closes its door after sometime its light turns off and its stop working, again on opening after moving thermostat to min & then to max it start working a few mins then after closing door again stop? Can u tell me whts theproblem with it, does it have any sensor which sense the door is closed, if it does where it is located?
