ParticipantHi all,
Sorry for sort of reposting an old topic but my old post is very old and I now have additional problems which started more recently. I mean this one: http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … highlight=The machine still beeps with 00001-001 lit when I try to start it, and still shows no lights lit when I do the diagnostic recommended.
Now also, on the occasions the machine actually starts a run, it will loop back to the beginning of the cycle after finishing, rewashing your clothes until you turn it off!
In ADDITION!!!, turning the power off at the wall no longer resets the problem. And pushing the power button, instead of turning off the machine, makes the lamps 00000-111 flash on and off. Pushing power again turns the machine on as normal but any attempt to start a cycle gives the beeping etc above.
Any ideas? Am I right in doing the diagnostic that when the “Hold” and “Slow” spin lights are selected, the “Med” and “Low” level lights are lit also? I just can’t understand why no error code lamps light… otherwise you guys might have something more to go on.
Please any help would be VERY much appreciated. The machine is not that old and had the motor controller board replaced less than a year ago.

The recycle feature is on, instead of off, so the machine will repeat the cycle for ever. To turn recycle off:
Hold wash temp down and then press power. Wait for the two beeps. Press and hold advance, press water level up once, then power off.
That should do the trick.

Thanks Penguin45. Actually my girlfriend just pointed out to me just 1 minute ago that the recycling is actually a GOOD thing – it means you can pause the cycle at the end until the next person wants to use the washer, avoiding all the trial and error of getting it to stop beeping. Not really a great bonus, I know.
Any ideas on the main problem or getting the diagnostic to work? I’m gonna pull the back off and look for dry joints etc tomorrow.

Look, turn the recycle fuction off, then follow the diagnostic procedure:

The lights on the wash progress board are what is required.Penguin45.

Ok the recycle is off. It’s not looping and the 00000-111 lights are no longer flashing when the power is off.
But still no error code. See what I mean?
