We have a Bosch unit (SGS5312GB/12) that takes on average 3+ hours to run a cycle on the normal setting. The majority of the time seems to be taken whilst rinsing which seems to go on forever. I have checked the filters, spray arms etc. for clogging and everything seems to be functioning correctly with plenty of water about. This still seems to be the case however once the cycle finishes so I am not sure if it is drying or how the drying is meant to function? Also any pans on the bottom layer seem to end up with a light grey/white grainy powder/film on them?
Does anyone have any suggestions as to the cause of these issues? Any help much appreciated! Thanks, martin.
