    Hi, my problem first started only when drying clothes – the machine stopped with either a E10 or E20 code. The clothes were always soaked. We just used it as a washer without the dryer for a couple of weeks.

    Now, the machine is stopping midway through the wash cycle with mainly an E20 code. Definitely doesn’t appear to be draining.

    I can’t hear any strange noises – it just doesn’t drain and then bleaps with the E20 message.

    Any ideas?
