KeymasterIn case you didn’t know or hadn’t noticed ISE are launching a new range of appliances known as ISE10.
These appliances, initially available late next month, are being built for us by Asko in Varna, Sweden most of you I’m sure will know Asko Cylinda or Asko Asea of old and, most likely, know the quality of the machines. The first appliances available will be the freestanding washer (with the door) and the condenser dryer obviously with all the essentials boxes ticked in terms of features.
A dishwasher will follow.
These machines are superb build quality, IMO they easily rival Miele if not better them. However, unlike Miele, you can service what you sell and you can have every scrap of technical information and support that we can muster.
So why call it ISE10?
Simple really, all the machines in this range will carry a full TEN YEAR parts and labour warranty tied to the seller included in the price!
Still better, in light commercial use, we have secured a three year parts and labour warranty. So they can go into hairdressers, pubs, guest houses etc. and still be covered by warranty. So far as we know this is an industry first.
If you’re interested give John a ring on 07979 520 916 or dropo an email to admin@iseappliances.co.uk as we have one to let you see if you want to sell these machines.

Ken,
Are you going to do a top loader?

My opinion would be that we should be looking at providing machines at the “average” price scale. eg £300-£350. The amount of customers out there prepared to shell out an extra £500 for a machine is very small. I’ve been trying to flog Miele machines for years on there build quality, quarantee etc but most customers don’t wanna cough up that kinda money even with 10 year guarantee.

No plans for a toploader at the moment Bill.
I appreciate that your £300-350 is, I suppose, the mid-range now but in many instances we’ve seen here and elsewhere people are starting to switch onto the fact that they ain’t that great really. More to the point, when they do go wrong a lot of people just bin them and buy new rather than call us.
I dunno though Seamy, there’s a lot of people out there that want something a bit better and are prepared to pay for it. And, on the light commercial side, there’s nothing much out there at that price.

Maybe you are in a different area but all I know is that Miele’s are flying out of our local indie shop, all of them £500+ and many of them from my customers who are fed up with replacing machines every 3 years. Yes, an 800 quid machine is not going to be an easy sell by any means and will never be a high volume seller and ISE already have a machine in the lower price bracket anyway.

Ken & John
We are up for taking these as per our discussions with John Hopwood, although we would struggle to get it into domestic use, the semi commercial side is certainly of interest.
