the board on my Indesit washer/dryer has blown, part numbers on the label are
    215007396.01
    1604 SW 2.22

    Where can I get one?

You will need to give us the full model number & serial number, it will more than likely also require an eeprom unless you can remove the old one. You are looking at parts in excess of £100 with vat for module & eeprom.

You will also need to make certain that the module has not failed due to faults in other components.

    Hi Jim,

Thanks for that (bad) news, I am not sure where I would find the EEPROM for the machine. My mate is a domestic appliance repair man, and he tried a board out of another Indesit (not sure if identical or not) machine. The boards look the same, although I am not sure about the number on the green sticker.

It didn’t work…. properly. Machine lit up, had a bit of life, then the selector started clicinkg around.

The machine did that at the beginning of 2006 when I got it home after buying it for £80 on Ebay, then once reset worked fine til now.
My dilemma now is… do I fix it, or do I scrap it?

There are two different boards even for this one model, the electronics on Indesit machines are not the most reliable. There are much better quality machines out there, you would be well advised to try and make room for a separate washer & dryer if it is at all possible.

    Jim.
