    Hi,

    can anyone point me in the right direction? My fan oven, the lower one, has stopped working. The light comes on on the control and the fan works. The switch clicks when it comes on but the oven never heats up.

    The unit is approximately 3 years old.

    Any suggestions ?

    Fan oven element is goosed in all probability, very common on these Servis cookers.

    The bad news is that the last time I bought one as a Servis agent they were about £65 plus VAT! Totally shocking price.

    The good news is that the Candy one, here, is more or less identical and a LOT cheaper. 😉

    Sadly I can. 😕

    You can only get an instruction manual, not a manual as in a service manual and that’s only available from Servis. Being such a nice customer friendly company they’ll charge you £10 IIRC for the privilege and it’s not downloadable.

    They really ain’t the best.
