delicate light is flashing, there is no power supply to heater, does this mean a new pcb, any advice please.

The NTC comes complete with the PCB, very cheap actually. If the NTC is still in place then it is more than likely PCB is at fault. The NTC can occasionally come loose and give this fault code.
Three different modules, one around £11.00 + vat, the other two £21.00 + vat list price.
Need serial number to ID.Jim.
