The 1st m/c is a d/washer, hoover D940, s/no. 32096646. the problem is it keeps stopping and wont fill up. i have stripped it down, and reset fill valve, cleaned out the gunge in the air chambers, sump, and pressure switch chamber, and it fills ok for a couple of times, then stops, the water level does not seem to be to high, 1/2 way up salt pot cap. i reset the valve by turning of the water, undo the hose, it will fill again, any ideas.

The 2nd is a beko washer WMA765s, customer was washing ok, then came back expecting the programme had ended. it had stopped in mid cycle, full of water and she couldn’t get it started at all. i checked the m/c when i got there, and reset prog eventualy via the cancel/reset, but the display panel was all jibberish, the selector was not responding, i did get the m/c to to fill, tumble, and drain, but that was all. i checked the obvious pcb’s etc, not blown or dry joints anywhere. any thoughts that can help. i’m thinking its the board myself?.

The dishwasher problem might be down to water pressure where it’s installed. If the pressure is too high or low the pressure diaphragm in the inlet valve can sometimes shut off the intake. I’ve sometimes taken machines to the workshop where they work perfectly then play up again as soon as you return them to the customer :bang:
Yes the Beko is most likely a board fault.
