Prima is not listed there.
Thinking in might be manufactured by another company I inputted the 12 digit number 854560015810 into Electrolux and Whirlpool sites without success.
Thanks for response though.
Any other ideas?

It is a Whirlpool, but as it is specifically made for Prima, you’d have to track down whichever kitchen company owns the name and get it through them.
Unless there is some specific piece of info you’re after which we might be able to help you with?

Use:
854244015810 on the Whirlpool site.
It’s the Whirlpool branded equivalent 😉
I haven’t checked it’s there but it should be 🙂

@Dave:-I’ve tried your 12 digit number on the whirlpool site but it did not throw up any hits.
@Penguin:- I had a problem with water not draining away but picked up advice on this forum to hold in start button for a few seconds until light stopped flashing – in my case I got an audible beep; after closing the door the pump kicked in for about 30 secs and water did indeed drain away.Probably resolved now, but just thinking ahead.
Love to find that manual though; becoming a personal crusade. 😆

If it’s not listed on the Whirlpool site you have to request it. There should be a link in the manuals section for that along with instructions.

Thanks to all of you I was able to download the user manual for my Prima LPR600 dishwasher from here: http://docs.whirlpool.eu/default.cfm using the 12 NC code: 854244015810.
Thanks again,
