    I have an LG Fridge/Freezer GR-359SQ and I keep getting ice on the floor of the freezer below the bottom shelf.
    I suspect it is a drain blocked but I cannot find it and the manual/LG customer service are no help.
    Can anyone assist please?

    I too have the exact same problem, but with the Samsung RS20CCSV. If you manage to find how to solve your problm, I’d appreciate some feedback so I can tackle mine.

    Hi Dave,

    The LG is totally different and there’s loads of info on the Samsung RS21’s in the forums on this as it appears to be a very common fault with them.

    On the LG I don’t know, I’ve never seen one I’m afraid and I’m not exactly bothered about that fact either. 😉

    LG freezer – the drain hole is behind the panel in the freezer. Best you just leave the door open and defrost it first for about 12 hours and then see if the fault reappears, if so you have a defrost problem and will probably need an engineer call.
