    hello everyone,
    i just had a customer on to me who had a service man out 1 month ago
    and left without solving the problem but said he would be back and did not put machine back together but still no sign of him .from what the customer has told me ,is it stopped in mid cycle and shut down with just the power light on but the door was locked .the guy who was there tried to change the interlock but no good.do hoover machines shut down with a blocked pump?any help would be great before i go out to this customer.

    Hi, don’t know about shutting down if pump is blocked unless the thermal cut out has gone on the pump! Might worth just sticking a pump on to try.

    had these shut down when the heater goes 😉
