    One of the door catches has broken on my Whirlpool ADP5966 detergent dispenser and needs replacing.

    I have seen the right part to order, which is basically a new detergent dispenser unit. The question I have is – is it easy enough to remove the existing dispenser and fit the new one and how do I do it?

    Door outer has to come off, then it’s just a screwdriver job.

    Power off, of course.
