Don’t know much about this stuff but here is the problem.

I turn it on (tried various programmes) and it drains (if needed) then starts to fill but after if fill a bit, it stops. After 4/5 seconds, the ‘Start’ button starts flashing. I’ve tried looking about underneath but the floor is dry. It is an intigrated unit and would be pretty dificult to move.

Thanks in advance for you help 🙂

Count the pattern of the flashes (ie 1-2-3-4-pause=repeat) and report back.

draining takes 30 secs, filling takes about 1min 30 (prob useless info) the flashing is 1-2-3-4-5-6-pause, repeat.

6 flashes is ‘flow meter failure’….not usually failed, most likely a poor connection to it but it could need the metering tank replacing or the pcb itself could be faulty.

If you’re having a go yourself then don’t forget to unplug before you do anything :zap:

It involves a small amount of dismantling and re-assembly with the associated electrical hazards too…if you are not up to it then best call in a professional 😉
