Got a call saying the machine won’t do anything and lights flashing. Customer said it did this before and someone came out and “reset” it in about 30 seconds. Don’t know anything about this machine any advice would be helpful before i go and start hunting for faults. 🙂

Its a Whirlpool machine, count the number of flashes then compare with the Whirlpool ones in the Error codes thread.
