I own a Samsung American F/F and like many others on this forum I’m having never ending problems.

I’m really considering dumping what outwardly seems a decent piece of kit, but weighing up the cost of lost food, spare parts and an engineer I’m really wondering whether it might be better to just bite the bullet and buy new. After all they are now half the price I originally paid!

Are the later models any better in terms of the regular problems that fill most of the posts on the forum.

My model is about 5/6 years old SR-S2028CSS

Or should I just look for something other than Samsung

    Hi Jim

To be honest if you are trying to repair your samsung yourself then you will run into several problems, realisticly if its repaired correctly then you shouldnt need a repeat repair.

If you are looking to change then the Samsung RS60’s are a good choice.
