    Hi All,

I hope someone can help. I’ve got a Firenzi DW930 (Whirlpool) and it’s stopped working. When it’s turned on it makes a noise that I’m familiar with, but then there’s no sound of gushing water or anything spinning. After about 20 seconds the start light flashes and beeps and the cycle goes no further. It doesn’t appear to be filling up with water.

This applies to both hot and cold cycles.

I have thrown some water in, but when I start the cycle this gets drained. Maybe I should try interupting the cycle and then throwing some water in?

Anyone have any tips that I can try to help identify the problem?

Any suggestions on what’s gone wrong would be really appreciated.

    Best Regards,
    Stu

What is the pattern of the flashing light (ie 1-2-3-4-pause-repeat)?

Sorry but there doesn’t seem to be a pattern. The start light just flashes repeatedly while the dishwasher beeps

About 10 months ago the dishwasher was completing a cold wash, but ending early on a hot wash. With your help I replaced the water heater which resolved the problem, many thanks!

I’m sure this problem isn’t related to the heater. I have checked the part I replaced and it seems fine. Any Ideas?

OK, that’s F1 – ntc error – you need one of these:

It’s a twist fit from underneath – power off first.
