Hello, have searched for hours for help with my sorely missed faulty washing machine. And found your site! Yeah!
Fisher paykel smartdrive 701 (gw701-f)
Machine won’t agitate or spin (will fill with water then it might agitate once and then continuous long beep until power off)
Diagnostic used: 01000001 = 65
A little unsure that I have read binary the right way around though;
From Long wash to spin 10000010 = 130
(did read 130 error code postings – don’t thing this is my problem)Please Help!

65 is to do with the water level control system. The level switch (transducer) is giving the wrong signals to the computer board. The unit itself may be faulty, in which case you will be looking at a replacement board.
It is worth checking the condition of the air hose from the air chamber to the level switch for kinks, nips, holes. If you disconnect the hose, you must ensure that the machine is completely drained of water before reconnecting.
