    Smeg by name and by nature:

    Got a DWI 710 E1 that has caused endless problems. The machine is 4 years old and has had 2 x PCB’s and a new pump..

    Current problem is it fills with water and then just drains off and does nothing. Dont get any error codes at all..

    I have had all hoses off and cleaned.. taken the water matrix off and cleaned that aswell.. still does the same thing..

    I have reset it countless times and Im now at a total loss as to what the problem is..

    As I said it pulls water and then just pumps it back out again..

    Any idea’s before I get Mr whitegoods man out…???

    Have you had the soap dispenser changed yet? Well known problem leading to corruption of PCB.
