Hello, Hotpoint Aquarius WD1100 knackered, wont drain or spin. After reading some other posts on your wonderful website it seems that it could be as simple as cleaning a filter. Only problem being that there appears to be no user accessible filter. Any chance you could run me through where to find it, how to remove it for cleaning.

MAINS PLUG OUT, 😉 back off, black rubber hose dead centre at the bottom, bowl underneath, a couple of towels handy, pull off hose, clear filter.
