    This dryer has had little use and the belt has frayed and slipped off motor pulley. Would the belt last longer the next time around if I fitted the belt and bearing conversion kit 1703273 rather than just a new belt.

    well, all the 1703273 is change the front wheels to plastic support pads
    it may have already been done

    youd probably be better just fitting the belt and a new jockey wheel if its been done
