    My machine is only six months old but has started to develop a damp/musky smell which I can’t seem to get rid of. I’ve cleaned the dispenser trays etc. but to no avail.

    Any ideas? would Calgon tablets help? 😕

    Thanks Simon. I did a boil wash with powder and it’s cleared the smell.
