Customer complained of the above fault usually on a fast wash.
The Mini Load LED is the top of five LED’s so checking through the UKWhitegoods error codes it’s F08 which is the heater relay welded closed. Easy I thought, tested the element, no fault, test rest of machine for earth fault no problem. Run machine and it goes through without any problems.
The customer thinks the fault appears after it’s pumped out the wash water & before the rinse fill.
If the relay was faulty would this not give a fault at the beginning of the wash rather than after?
Any ideas would be appreciated.
