Fitted new front lower balance weight to this machine this afternoon. Now the door seal catches the inner drum making the drum very hard to turn.
Basically the weight seems to be moulded wrong which pushes the door seal up against the inner drum
Candy insist I have been sent the correct part (92580091) but promised to get one of their technicians to give me a call 😆
Has anyone else had this problem.
