    Hi I was hoping that someone could offer help with this problem. The machine goes through the wash cycle correctly and empties the water but he pump continues to run even when all the water has gone it is not entering the spin cycle. Any suggestions?

    In order of probability…….

    Dry joints on PCB.
    Pressure system faulty – blocked air bell or switch not working.
    Timer.

    Power off, if investigating.

    Please don’t run more than one thread for the problem, we just delete them.

    Thanks for a quick reply. I’ve checked and can’t find any dry joints. Apologies if this is a stupid question but where is the air bell / pressure switch?

    Air bell is the plastic bottle on the back of the drum. Follow the connecting hose – the level switch is at the other end.

    Does the drum turn slowly on spin or does the drum not turn at all???

    The Drum has now stopped spinning even during the wash cycle, I have changed the main circuit board but the problem still there and suggestion would be gratefully received.

    I forgot to add that the washer goes through the full cycle of fill and empty but not spin during wash or on spin cycle. thanks
