please guys i need some help with this machine.
first of all i’m following two diplomat authorised engineers, both of whom changed the timer. eventually they agreed to refund the purchase price and told the customer to keep the machine. this is where i come in.
first of all when i arrived the machine was all off bar the neon light.
after checking the obvious i discovered that they’d forgotten to fit the spacer behind the facia and so had accidentally turned off the machine via the timer push pull switch.
of course i thought that i’d cured the symptoms that i’d found but it didn’t explain why the timer was changed in the first place. as usual the customer was no help.
when i run-tested the machine it worked beautifully until it got to the end of the cycle, then it advanced past stop and started again.

i’ve now decided that it has probably been wired wrongly during the timer change. I’ve had loads of experience wiring whirlpool 995 and 997 timers which were all clearly marked. however the under side of this timer is marked all over the place.

finally then what i’m after is a diagram to clearly identify the terminals on this timer so that the wires can be put in the correct place.

to help identify the parts the numbers are

    timer 516009801
    wiring 552019200

any help and advice will be as always greatly appreciated.
