LG door problem

    hi guys,
    haven’t been out to this yet,wanted a little advise first if possible.
    LG WD12126 displaying “DE”

    looked on the forum which states door interlock.
    is this the most likely cause or are there other things to check.
    i haven’t much experience with LG so any hints would be appreciated.

    had a few where the plug vibrates off the door lock and gives this fault code

    Hi

    Check the pin that holds the door handle onto the door frame,they have a habit of coming out and causing same error code.
