    aquarius 1200.

i had this new washer dryer delivered one week ago, all working fine. yesterday, i put in two towels to dry and they came out wetter.

i have since tried 3 times, each time same result. i’m using the drying programme only – m.

it seems to be that condensation is building up inside?

on one of the attempts, the machine repeatedly turned itself off and on again within a second.

the shop i bought it from were more than happy to arrange to come out tomorrow, saying that since it was so new, it was their responsibility, could be an installation fault.
i have read somewhere that it could be a blockage in a pump but everything thing else seems fine? troubleshooter suggests something to so with the cold water inlet..?

if something IS in the pump, is that my fault? i’ve been very careful not to wash underwired bras (having read that in the manual).
