The above mentioned washing machine is not pumping out water (ORI Pump 5757930) has recently had a pump fitted 200/04 52.108.626.09 by engineer. It will however drain when hose held. Any ideas! much appreciated.

Not quite sure what you’re telling us here. Please explain about “holding the hose”.
