    Hi Chaps
Been to this today which complete the cycle with no heat.
    Heater is OK
Module is different to what I’ve seen before as it is not on the left of the console but a seperate power module on the right of the console.
There are no dry joints on the relay.
I thought that it was the blue stat that screws into the base under the heater thinking it was a thermal fuse but when I came to order it it was discribed as a sensor and now I’m not sure if it is a thermistor.
    Any Ideas would be great.
    Regards
    Dave

It’s got a double safety on it – 1521172-10/4, otherwise IWMS problems?

    double cut out is ok.
does that mean the blue stat is the thermistor?
I saw one that looked exactly the same on a beko (merloni) the other day which was a toc.

There are two versions of this model a conventional model and a fully electronic – need the pnc to be sure. Assuming you have the latter the temperature sensing is done by a ntc thermistor (should operate in the range 6kohm to 600ohm)
