candy cnw136t safety door light staying on

hello everybody,1st time on this forum so please go easy on me ! just have a problem with the door lock light staying on.Trouble is that the door opens and shuts easily and at the moment even with the light constantly on and the machine is not functioning at all.I recently changed the blue spot thermostat just under the lid and all was working well until one of the concrete weights came loose and pulled the wires off of what seems to be some sort of fuse?!(brown & white wires into 1 side ,yellow into the other side,brown and white wires came off and plug fuse blew) so i soldered this fuse thing back together and put a new connecting peice back onto the brown & white wires,secured the concrete block and washing continued as normal ,but after 4 washes i have had the problem with door lock light ever since. Any anwsers and help would be so appreciated.
