I’m sorely tempted to tell you the truth. 😉

F10 & F13 both relate to the temperature control and the safety thermostats situated at the back of the machine behind the heater cover. Please remove the mains plug if you intend to investigate further.

Common causes of failure are switching the machine off to check on the clothes before the cycle has finished and badly blocked condensor unit.

The condensor has been altered from the original design and is now rather difficult to clean out, the best way if you have one is with a hose or pressure washer in the back garden. This should be cleaned at least once a week on a well used dryer.

We would also need the exact serial number of the machine, two different types of stats used on these.

    Jim.

As above……… Heater itself can fail.

    This is worth a read:

Power off if you’re going to investigate this yourself.
