hi,
need some advice mate of mine is dyslexic started new job last week told them he was dyslexic they said no problem as long as he good at his job,
yesterday he had to a short course told them the same he was dyslexic seemed no prob anyway does course but as he takes test get his numbers mixed up fails it then today he gets sacked cos he dyslexic found no fault wiv his work … is there anything he can do ?Re: dyslexic
I guess it would depend on just what his prospective job was and on the level of his dyslexia. If he gets numbers mixed up in certain types of work it could be rather expensive, serious or indeed dangerous.
Unfortunately after only one week I don’t think he has any chance of any legal redress.
