At present I have a wash stuck in the machine! It starts to play up when it reaches the end of the rinse cycle – starts a buzzing sound as though it’s stuck. Unable to find the manual – I’ve tried moving to a spin/pump cycle to get the wash out, but it’s not happy…any advice/help – how to be able to open the door and also what might be wrong. Thanks.

No drain?
Remove lower kick panel, extract emergency drain hose and drain into the washing up bowl. When the water has all gone, you will be able to open the door. You will also be able to remove the pump filter and remove the foreign body without flooding the kitchen.
