    Hello,
I have a two year old Diplomat ADP8322 which has suddenly decided to trip out the mains ring.

It happens only when it goes into a drying cycle. When the machine is opened water is in the base. I can run a ‘rinse’ program which drains the water, so the pump would appear to be OK. Is there anything else that’s worth me having a look at? I did call about getting an engineer out, but that was going to cost £90 call out.

    Any advice greatfully recieved.

    thanks,
    Tony 😕

Had the same problem with mine. Found that the hose on the pump had split. This was one of the notorious askol ones. As the hose is actually part of the pump, had to buy complete new pump assy (which is an improved version). As the hose leaked it was dripping on the connector for the pump, shorting it out. Don’t know if this is your problem, but worth a look. Suppose if the hose was leaking slowly, the pump would still run.

    Hi,
Having similar problems with my dishwasher, will do a rinse ok, but trips power out when on a wash program.

Tony, would be great to hear the outcome of your problem.

    Many Thanks
    Jamie
