If you have access to the proper electrical test equipment then you should be able to test the heating element in this ‘Indesit’ machine. Heater is a known weak point but the main PCB can also cause this fault. The heater is a tube type, it has rather awkward hoses clips, difficult to refit the old ones.
Mains plug out and access from underneath after removing base plate. Be sure to make a note of the position of the wiring plug to the float microswitch.
Parts are covered for five years but the manufacturers labour charge is almost £90.00.
